Jennifer Cotner is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group. While Jennifer has significant experience litigating a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial and business disputes, intellectual property and antitrust cases, Jennifer focuses her practice on management-side employment litigation. This includes wage and hour collective and class actions, as well as single and multi-plaintiff litigation in the areas of discrimination, unfair competition, wrongful discharge and sexual harassment before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
In General. Jennifer earned her J.D. from Duke Law School in 2002, where she was a member of the
Duke Law Review. She received her bachelor's degree in political science from Duke University in 1999. Before joining Drinker Biddle & Reath, Jennifer practiced as a litigator at the law firm Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. in Madison, Wis.
